The war in Ukraine continues. The Russian Armed Forces on the territory of Ukraine are staying in the territories they have captured and are capable of attacks from their positions, as well as from their background actions and formations as army forces. According to the information, the war has an unprecedented number of fallen soldiers, wounded and prisoners of war. Command and control and mobile warfare would be suitable for war fighters who have fought on the front for such a long time.

Fortification is a matter of the time and the durability of the material that protects against the force of warfare. New fighters will be given a sheltered opportunity to base and prepare. The plan to win the war is to create a movement of soldiers. There may be several military units moving in the direction of enemy positions, in which case tactical reconnaissance and military activities may be carried out according to a plan larger than the unit.

The advantage of mobile warfare is to combine combat intelligence with long military service already. In any case, it is not wise to leave all security to the intelligence that will be formed by future generations' war experience and the ability to survive together with others in civilian life during war and after peace has come.

Military operations must be carried out in a practiced manner as continuous readiness, and all military movements or military tasks must be carried out only as a necessary implementation according to the situation.
